Content buckets are basically your post categories. You fill up these buckets with your content, then dump them into your calendar.  They are going to be different for everyone – here are some suggestions:

There is no one size fits all solution when it comes to deciding on your posting frequency.

The frequency is heavily dependent on the social media platform type. For example, posting 10 times on Twitter per day would be fine as opposed to posting 10 times on Instagram on a single day. Posting twice would probably be a good number for Instagram.

As far as frequency, I have heard many different recommendations. There really is not one specific answer for what will produce the best result. This is what I have always gone by:
